No credit card is necessary to make a purchase! You can pay cash on delivery, which means you can give the value of your order in cash to the courier employee.  <\/p>\n<p><a role=\"button\"><br \/>\nHow can I find the product I am looking for?<br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you are looking for something very specific, type it into the search box at the top right of our website and it will bring up everything that is relevant to your search.<br \/>\nDid you find what you are looking for? Add it to your shopping cart and when you are done shopping follow the instructions to complete your order!<br \/>\nThe product I am looking for is not available. I really like it, how can I find it?<br \/>\nWhen the product you want is out of stock (not available) then you can either contact us at eshop@paokbc.gr or 2315550760. <\/p>\n<p><a role=\"button\"><br \/>\nPayment procedure<br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Step 1: When you have finished shopping, click on the SHOPPING CART at the top right of the page and check the products you have added in number and quantity. Here, you can also change the quantity of a product or delete a product from your shopping cart. Once you have checked the products in the cart, click on COMPLETE SHOPPING.  <\/p>\n<p>Step 2: If you are already a member you will be asked to log in to your account otherwise you will have to register first in our online store and then complete your purchase. Alternatively, you can complete your purchases as a simple visitor. <\/p>\n<p>Step 3: After logging into your account, the billing and delivery details you have provided will be displayed. If you want the products to be shipped to another address, simply select it. <\/p>\n<p>Step 4: Then you choose the payment method. For a deposit to a bank account, please contact us. Cash on delivery &#8211; payment upon receipt of the order.<\/p>\n<p>Cash on delivery within Greece is set at 5 \u20ac regardless of the region. Outside Greece there is no option for cash on delivery. <\/p>\n<p>In case you want to receive your order from the store and pay upon receipt of the products from the store in cash, select &#8220;Receipt from the store&#8221; and then select &#8220;Payment by cash on delivery&#8221; as payment method and the shipping costs will be zero.<\/p>\n<p>2. By deposit in a bank account.<\/p>\n<p>In bank deposit and after the order is completed, the products are bound but not shipped. Charged to your card.<\/p>\n<p>The credit cards we accept are MASTERCARD, VISA, MAESTRO and DINER&#8217;S. There is no other charge for credit card purchases except for the order and shipping costs (within Greece they are set at 5 \u20ac regardless of the region). <\/p>\n<p>5. Receipt from the store<\/p>\n<p>The pickup from the store takes place after the order is completed electronically. There is no extra charge for shipping and the delivery is made within one week after the order is completed. <\/p>\n<p>To complete your order via bank account, you must deposit the full amount of your order within 2 days from the date of order entry. Beyond this limit the order will be cancelled and will not be executed.<br \/>\n<strong>Attention:<\/strong><br \/>\nIt is important that the deposit you make shows the full name stated in your order or your order code. Otherwise you must inform us by email at eshop@paokbcstore.gr and provide us with the name under which the deposit will be made.<br \/>\nAll transactions are governed by international and European law that regulates issues related to e-commerce as well as by the Consumer Protection Act (Law 2251\/1994) that regulates issues related to distance sales.<\/p>\n<p><a role=\"button\"><br \/>\nChanges and refunds<br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Changes and refunds are made within 10 working days from the day you receive your receipt and by Speedex.<\/p>\n<p>If you make your return with any other courier company it is at your own risk and charge.<br \/>\nIn the event of an error by the company in the shipment of the product or receipt of a defective product, the shipping costs are borne entirely by the company.<\/p>\n<p>To send the parcel back to us the costs are charged to us, while to receive the new parcel the shipping costs are 3\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>In case the product was on sale then the costs to send it to us and to pick it up are yours.<\/p>\n<p>Discounted products are not refundable.<\/p>\n<p>*If you have filled in the above information, send the product (in its original condition) that you wish to exchange or return to<br \/>\nshipping address within 10 days by Speedex.<\/p>\n<p>*In the case of a refund, the shipping costs to send us the parcel by courier, are at your expense. The refund is made within the next 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product. In case of deposit in a different bank, the remittance is charged to the Beneficiary (Customer).  <\/p>\n<p>*Returns of custom made products (printed t-shirts) are not accepted. Our company after receiving the product and as long as all the following conditions are met will proceed to immediate replacement (depending on availability) and shipment of the new product.  In order for a return to be accepted, the product must be in the original quality condition in which you received it and with the labels on. It should not be worn (except for testing), washed, ironed or subjected to any other cleaning process. The responsibility for the return of the products is entirely yours so you should ensure that they are safely transported and that the product is very well packed.<\/p>\n<p><a role=\"button\"><br \/>\nHow secure is my personal data?<br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p><u>PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/u><\/p>\n<p>In order to carry out any transaction through the online store &lt;www.paokbcstore.gr&gt; and to place orders for products, you will be asked to provide some of your personal information. When you reach the stage of ordering, we will ask you for your full name, the address to which the products will be sent, your mobile or landline phone number, your e-mail address.<br \/>\nThe management and protection of the personal data of the visitor\/user of our website is governed by these Terms of Use, the provisions of Greek Law (N. 2472\/1997, as in force and the provisions of a regulatory nature) and the Decisions, Directives and Regulations of the Personal Data Protection Authority, for the purpose of implementing the customer&#8217;s order and in no way will be disclosed, published or sold to third parties, unless the procedure established by the legislation for the lifting of confidentiality (Law 2225\/1994) or any obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24\/2006 is initiated.<\/p>\n<p><u>B. DATA PROTECTION<\/u><\/p>\n<p>The authors of photographs as original works of art according to provision 2\u00a7 1 of the International Berne-Paris Convention, article 2 \u00a7 1 of Law 2121\/1993, as currently in force and Directive 93\/98 EC, have agreed that the copyright is transferred automatically (according to article 32 \u00a7 2 of Law. 2121\/93, as in force today) to the respective company (PAOK BC STORE) the property right and all their powers thereon in relation to each photograph they create and have accepted that the respective company (PAOK BC STORE) will have the full exploitation of these works without limitation as well as the rights of modification, reproduction, integration and multiplication for the entire duration of the works (Article 9 of the WIPO Copyright Treaty ratified by Greece by Law No. 3184\/2003 &#8211; FEKA&#8217; 228\/26.09.2003, 12 of the TRIPS Agreement on Intellectual Property Rights in the Field of Commerce, ratified by Greece by Law 2290\/1995 [Government Gazette A&#8217; 28] and Article 6 of Directive 93\/98.   <\/p>\n<p><a role=\"button\"><br \/>\nHow can I be sure that my order was successfully completed?<br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once you have completed your order, a message &#8220;Your order is complete&#8221; will appear on the page.
